Generally well. Hip flexor (recovering): strained Sat 19 Sep 2026 during PAYDAY class at The Yard; initially icing and resting. Physio Tue 22 Sep 2026 went well — keep strengthening; feel-good exercise OK; ice after if any swelling. Follow-up Tue 29 Sep 2026, 3:00pm (1 hour) at Intrinsic Motion / Rafki. No current medications. Allergies: nil known. July–August 2025 GP work-up for tremor, chest tightness and intermittent atypical chest pain (not related to exertion). Troponin negative; D-dimer normal; routine bloods largely normal (B12 260 with normal homocysteine). ECG: sinus rhythm, right-axis deviation, first-degree AV block, heart rate 52 — reported by Dr Joseph Chiha. Referred to Dr Mark Dennis (cardiologist) 5 Aug 2025; review / outcome still TBA. GORD recorded 22 Jul 2025; pantoprazole 40 mg morning was listed on that referral and has since been stopped. Thyroid: historically borderline-high TSH with normal free T4; May 2021 ultrasound normal and not consistent with Hashimoto’s; endocrinology view then was no treatment required (possible thyroid hormone resistance). The Aug 2025 GP referral still lists Hashimoto’s as past history — confirm when more notes arrive. Bilateral FemtoLASIK 9 Jan 2025 (Dr Tanya Trinh).
